All purchases are final. Due to the energetic, intuitive, and time-based nature of my services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


That said, I believe in open, honest, and fair communication. If you are truly unsatisfied with your service, I am open to discussing the experience and, if aligned, offering a resolution — whether that’s clarity, further insight, or an adjustment that honors us both.

Please understand:

• You do not get a refund simply because you didn’t like what a tarot reading revealed.

• You do not get a refund because a session challenged you or reflected truth you weren’t ready for.

• And if you attempt to bypass this policy by filing a false claim or chargeback through your bank, that will be treated as fraud — and yes, it will be addressed, documented, and responded to with transparency.

This work is sacred, personal, and energetically protected. If you book a session with me, you’re saying yes to that container — and to the accountability that comes with it.
